Been using these capsules for quite a few months now and I have found they have added & helped to improve my training sessions. After using this product for a month I have noted a marked improvement in both my muscular endurance as well as aerobic endurance, an example of this was my ability to perform a rowing machine session by 18 minutes longer than previous to taking the product, at least 1-2 additional sets for weight training as well as lifting heavier by approx 10%.

Decent aid to building muscle

I have been using liposomal turkesterone capsules 1500mg for 4 months now, I take 1 in the morning and 1 the afternoon as part of my fitness routine. And with great results, have noticed a greater definition to my muscle mass and seem to be stronger. I can also train for longer sessions. I can only say it seems to have really helped me get back into good shape.

Very pleased with the difference I can feel in a relatively short time. Definitely feel like I have a lot more stamina and energy about me. I feel they have helped me concentrate more when I’m at the gym trying to build up my muscle mass. Not massive capsules and easy to swallow.
