Helps with bloat control still keep on top of eating fiber foods. But overall worked well. Pill taste a little funky but for the price quality is great.

Great for after a big dinner, that time of the month, or any other reason you get bloated. Just helps with that uncomfortable bloated feeling. Visibly made me look less bloated after about an hour. East to swallow and didn’t make my stomach upset.
