Works like a champ!
What a difference a new laptop makes! This model is efficient, easy to use, has a long battery life. No complaints here. I got it set up quickly and easily.

Clearly a used and defective laptop
The seller claims this is a new laptop but it is clearly used. The shell is scratched and missing screws. The hinges are damaged and discolored. The keyboard is not what was represented in the pictures nor standard for this model. Half of the keys do not work and the laptop made a crackling sound when on. The charger they sent had been cut in half, and it was not sent with the active pen. I am currently waiting on a return request. I do not recommend this seller.

Great touchscreen that is Stylus Capable
Bought 2 other laptops seeking one stylus compatible- this one has backlit keyboard and works quickly with lots of memory and allows touchscreen and stylus capability!

Product received in good condition
The product was received in good condition. I received the laptop with the battery, power cord and touch pen. However, the touch pen did not come with any battery or manual. Also, it does not look like a Dell touchpen.

FRAUD..laptop doesn't have dell original parts
FRAUD....Purchased the computer as a new Dell laptop. Had an issue with it, sent it into Dell under warranty at which time they informed me the computer had been altered and did not have a dell hard drive and the computer had been altered.
