*** NOTE*** I purchased this after watching a show on Netflix called "Earth-ing" about being grounded. I started watching the show to laugh at the "voodoo" Science or whatever it was going to be; but ~30 minutes into the show, my mind was blown and I knew I needed to try it. I walked barefoot in the grass for at least 10 min a day and my daily headaches were less severe. SOOO - I ordered this 'contraption' ~ it has a Super long cord - elastic band stretches to fit over adult-sized hands, (I wear Women's size L gloves, the band barely stretches past its starting size.) I wear it while I sleep - although I do turn over in my sleep I have not had any issues with the cord being pulled; I leave the extra slack down by my knees and away from my head so it won't accidentally choke me in the night. I wake in the morning feeling less pain from inflammation. I feel happier and more rested. OH - and those daily headaches -- they don't happen every day anymore! Now, if I get a headache, I can tell that it's a "Sinus" headache, a "tension' headache (if my neck/ shoulders are tight), or if the barometric pressure is high or low or if it changed very fast - I can get a headache from that, too -- I used to never have an idea WHY my head hurt - I just knew it hurt! The fact that now I can feel "what" hurts is utterly mind-blowing to me, but I can now take steps to correct it and eliminate that pain! Seriously- I am not exaggerating when I say that this little bracelet that I wear in my sleep has helped change my life! It is not voodoo science- it's real.

I appreciate the longer length of the wristband, it's smaller surface area is effective, just know this device does not lower the your body voltage as much as a mat, but is very close 30-40 millivolts , and which is a minimal difference. The cord that came with my product did not have a resistor, measured almost zero ohms, cords that came with my other devices have 10k ohms and 100k ohms. I noticed a lower millivolt reading of my body when using the cord without a resistor. Again minimal differences were measured. Overall I would recommend this product.

I know folks whose wrists are much larger than mine. This is tight enough to be uncomfortable on me. It would be useless for them. It might stretch out a bit over time (it's elastic) and I'm not planning to wear it more than an hour a day, but I do wish there was more slack available for adjusting the band.

This is a very economical way to ground while you sleep. The other options are grounding sheets, and pillow cases which are a lot more expensive and most likely will not match the comfort level of your current sheets. Wrist wrap is stretchy and fits a medium size wrist comfortably. There is a metal contact that the cord snaps to. I purchase a grounding pad from another seller that also came with a wrist strap of the same design but it was only large enough on the largest setting to fit a small wrist and therefore not usable. This brand would be a better purchase. The cord is very long which does not require you to be very close to a wall outlet. It was a little hard to plug into the ground of the wall outlet, but it makes for a tight fit and will not fall out on its own. Unfortunately, I do not have a multimeter yet to test this, however my wife and I both sleep better and deeper when you where this to bed. I do not even notice the cord because it is so small. If you are person that turns in circle while they sleep this is not going to work for you at night. Another good way to use this is while you are on the computer sitting at a desk, its is easy to slip on and off your wrist. I regret not getting one of these a lot sooner.

I also have a grounding mat so was skeptical about this. BUT it seems to work. Relaxed me, has loooooong wire you have to watch for BUT it allows me to toss and turn in bed easily. Helped me sleep! Seems to help more than my mat which really surprised me.

I have ordered two of these in a row and tested both of them with a meter for continuity. As soon as I took them out of the package both shipments have failed a continuity test therefore having no grounding characteristics whatsoever. I feel this is unsafe for a vendor to be selling a grounding product that’s not been tested for continuity and the buyer trusting that it just works when it comes out of the package. When handling high dollar electronics it’s very important to be grounded with static discharge gone before handling and to be at an equal potential to the equipment that you’re working on. I truly feel this is a safety issue and they should be testing every strap before it is packaged.

I've been wearing it about a month now. I don't notice much difference in sleep or health that ai can't assume isn't the placebo effect, but I want to wear it an extended period. I'm thin and wear it around my ankle at night under a sock so it doesnt unbutton as I toss and turn. I have no complaints.

Where is the wrist band, I only received cord. Please send wrist band or is it on the way? Oops, found band. I haven't tried it yet, will try it & review then.

Aunque la pulsera es cómoda y el cable suficientemente largo y ligero me hubiera gustado que viniera al menos con un instructivo básico. Y la foto promocional del aurículo es engañosa ya que muestran el cable junto con otro dispositivo al lado. Esto me hizo pensar que mi pedido había llegado incompleto. Se que la coneccion a tierra es un tema muy básico pero aun asi me hubiera gustado que viniera con instructivo para colocar, ajustar pulsera y demás información con respecto a esto.

works great and is comfortable enough to use. way better than my uncomfortable scratch grounding sheet that would bunch up, and only lasted for a year. see how this works out over the next 12 months. the cool thing is that its super portable so i can bring it anywhere, and can use it while doing things outside of sleep only.

It does the job the same as a static strap when working on computers ie actual building and testing. Not the most comfortable or fancy but it works for grounding.

Excelente para hacer grounding, desde que la utilizo y estoy conectado a tierra, me e sentido mejor. Mas sereno, en paz con energía . si la recomiendo
