Nice flavor
Tasty little seasoning to add to a themed gift basket. Goes well on steak, chicken and salmon (so far!) Really great flavor.

Good stuff ! Nice smooth flavor , Use it and make a J.Daniel's reduction sauce ...not only steak Large shrimp is fe-nom.

Not what you'd expect
My husband enjoys Buffalo Trace, so I purchased a bottle when I saw it available. We haven't found it to be particularly appealing; it has an unexpected sweetness that neither of us cares for. I'm hoping to find a culinary application that will complement its flavor profile, but it may remain on the spice rack for a while..
