This is a valuable reference, which saves an individual builder searching through the codes for each detail, or making his own checklist when plannng. Really a terrific resource! You may still have to go to the codes book for additional details, but 99% of everyday things are here. It is a spiral bound flip sheet type book, and the pages are durable water resistant paper. Well worth the small cost!

We have been using this book on the worksite for months, So great to have an easy to read book that I can share one site with others. While it’s easy to get on line and looks things up, this is tangible and you know it’s accurate. I highly recommend this for anyone working with several different trades on a project.
