It's really light and has a great rubbery back cushion that adjust independently from the arms . The only downside is it doesn't give a positive charge while at max brightness and passthrough enabled, but it doesn't lose charge at all. Very comfortable overall and would gladly recommend this battery headstrap. Hope they sell back up batterys soon.

We’ve been using this headset for about a week now and it’s wonderful. It’s well balanced, soft on your head and easy to adjust. The added battery life is a must have. Love it!

First off, these are super comfortable. The MQ3 is already lighter than the 2, and with this connected you could keep it on for hours and not notice any kind of head or neck strain. Plus I really enjoy having the extra padding on this as I've really gotten into playing games on this thing.The one thing i didn't like was the battery life...at first. It got so bad that one time I charged it, and I was about to put it on, I got a phone call. For the hour that I was on the phone, I watched the power indicator drop from 4 lights to 1, and I couldn't figure out what was going on with the battery. And then I figured it out. When you plug this in to the MQ, it has a tendency to turn the headset on. And then after you turn it off, it might randomly come on a few hours later. And of course when it's on, it runs through power. Once I figured out that's what the problem was, it's been great. After I charge the battery, I unplug it and make sure it's powered down. I'm highly satisfied and know that this will keep me using this very expensive headset more often, especially the workout and cardio apps.It's super easy to snap on. When reading through the directions you feel like you might break something, but the MQ3 is designed to snap apart. You're not going to hurt it, and putting this on was a breeze. You would think something this comfortable would already be on a $600 headset, but I guess not. But I suppose that's why we have an aftermarket.

Before choosing this Elite Head Strap, I watched a lot of reviews from many Youtubers to make the best decision based on my gaming habits. I don't regret my choice. This head strap looks and feels luxurious and sturdy. I am very happy with it. It does what it promises in the description of the product. It extends the gaming session for around two hours depending on the Meta Quest 3 Headset configuration.I had only one issue which is the fact that I have to press the power button several times to turn the batter on or off. I have another set of Elite Head Strap from the same provider and it doesn't happen, I have managed to deal with it anyways.

The head strap is comfortable but the slick knob makes adjustments on the fly ruff and if you’re sweating forget about it. If I don’t remember to hit the button on the back of the batter, it doesn’t charge my VR. If I do hit the button it’ll charge for awhile then stop for no reason 30 or 40 minutes in. It also will not add to the battery while playing but slows down the depletion rate considerably. I don’t think I would buy this one again. But this is my first battery headset so I may have unrealistic expectations.

Plug it in, the light comes on.Later, try to plug it in to the headset, and nothing happens.Doesn't recognize that it's there, a d plugging the battery back in to the power source still does nothing different.Garbage product. 👎

I decided to pick up this battery pack / head strap replacement for my Quest 3 as I found myself constantly running out of battery when trying to play VR games.Installing the head strap was pretty straightforward, and now instead of only being able to play for an hour and a half or so, this battery pack lets me play for over 3 hours. It keeps my Quest 3 charged, and it is so much more comfortable than the strap the Quest 3 came with. Surprisingly, despite how much power the battery pack holds, the strap is balanced well and the weight is not a problem at all. I would 100% recommend this product for anyone who wants to play on the Meta Quest 3 for an extended period of time.

The new Quest 3 is very thirsty for power and this extended battery will keep up and charge your Quest 3... At least it works for mine. The battery extension about an extra 1-2 hours depending on activity of course.I've been very pleased with the performance and the comfort is acceptable as well.

This thing doesn’t work. Backup battery doesn’t work at all. It uses the main battery and then when the main batteries dies, the headset is useless until I charge it. Backup battery pack is useless. Don’t buy.
