We have purchased this product many times and it is usually fantastic. However, this time we got an off batch maybe…it’s hardened and really chunky and gritty. I know honey can crystalize but the way it is this time has made it almost impossible to squeeze out of the packets and we are unsure if it is safe to consume. No refunds or returns. Good reminder to stick to my rule of refusing to purchase anything on here that has no options if there is an issue.

Individual packages are hard to open and it’s very difficult to squeeze the honey out. ok if you have scissors handy but not really an option when traveling.
