Great Shed for this price.
We ordered this for my mother-in-law to give her some storage space. It seems to be very sturdy. It took a full day to put together and there were a million pieces.

Great build quality.
The shed feels like very good quality, the instruction manual was perfect. It took me 2 nights and half a day with a friend to fit it up. The colour was good. There were some parts that had plastic over them, tedious to remove at first, but it wasn't all the parts. After you get into a groove it become easy. All the screws, bolts nuts, were provided. Everything aligned immaculately. The door hinges and locks felt solid. My only issue is that I wish it was taller. The height is 5ft 3 inches. So you have to duck to go in it. The side supporting beams are low inside too so watch your head if you're above 5ft 5. I hit my head quite a few times. I wish it was 1ft higher.

This shed is not what was sold in the 60's!!
Instructions are vague. The metal is very very flimsy but goes together pretty easily on the bottom. The support bars for the roof are longer than the shed because the shed itself was not 10 by 12 but 9 ft 10 inches by 11 ft 10 inches. So the beams on the roof are too long for the shed. The ends of the shed that the beams connect to that have the vents are so flimsy they are comparable to flashing in thickness. They won't hold their shape when you're trying to put them up at all. If you are looking at it from the standpoint of integrity and strength, it fails in so many ways. I would NEVER order one of these again. I pretty much ended up buying bits and parts and had to build my own shed. IF that shed was in school, it would get an F hands down. The only thing I was even partially happy with were the beams that were too long for the roof! They were somewhat sturdy. But there were holes that wouldn't line up, other holes that were predrilled for who knows what reason, and it would be really nice if there was writing explaining the directions ALONG WITH the pictures that you can barely see. UNHAPPY UNHAPPY UNHAPPY all the way around from the shed not being the size advertised, from the flimsy tin, the screws and bolts were a laugh, plastic washers were also so not hilarious. Don't get this shed, just build one from wood and put metal on it. Way more frustration than its worth.

Leaks in rain. Had to change hardware. Add Spray Foam.
Doesn’t do well in rain. The rain came in through the roof ridge and roof hardware. I was very careful installing the screws but they still leaked. It was bad. So I replaced them with a better screw but the holes were no longer snug so a few still leaked. I had to put Flex Seal over the hardware on the roof. Then I put spray foam in the roof ridge. I put Zip tape along the bottom frame to prevent water seeping under it. If were to do it again I’d go up a bit more on the base. It arrived with corners bent, but they straightened out good enough. It went together fine. Just leaked. Photo shows the tiny screws with the plastic washer they give you for the roof next to what I replaced them with.

Not actually a 10x12
The shed is ok almost none of the holes lined up. The instructions are pretty clear on what to do only took me about 6 hours a build the 10x12. My biggest disappointment is the shed isn't truly 10x12 its measured out to be 9' 4" x 11' 8" not a huge difference besides I had already made a foundation to be exactly corner to corner with the shed and now the foundation sits outside of the shed all the way around. Not bad for a cheap shed but wont be buying another I recommend you buy something different unless you just need this for a year or so I don't think it will last any longer than that

Affordable shedd
First of all, the material is very thin which i was shoked when arrived. Couple panels were bend upon arrival. I did reach out to customer serivce via email and they came thru but sending extra of the same parts which is great, even beyond for some companies. The dimensions of the shedd are a bit off, but it is doable when you know your basic maths and or know construction. Normaly I dont review, but it is a reasonable shedd for an affordable price but then again you might run into some bumps. I dont have a picture of the final project but it is still standing even with all types of Chicago weather. I would definitely advise to make an base that it is secure.
