Good but buggy
I really like how comfortable this is and its battery life is super long. But there are a few bugs to it when trying to use weather and sleep. I think it may be an adjustment issue? I’m not sure. It will send you notifications from your phone which you can turn off. Pretty pricey though for something I’m really only looking to use to count steps and see the time.

Exceeded Expectations!
I am beyond pleased with this watch which cost half of what my last FitBit cost and works far better! It is quite accurate in terms of step counting and I'm guessing for heart rate as well. It also holds its charge for a remarkably long time. It's also very comfortable with a soft rubber band.I'm very happy with this purchase.

Okay tracker, not a great smart watch
This watch does the basic of tracking. It tells you your steps, heart rate, distance etc. It's not bad but the functionality is basically that of a fitness tracker, and doesn't have too many integrations with your phone. Notifications on the watch are limited to a number of messaging services, and you can't reply from the watch. The app doesn't integrate with any other fitness applications. You can't sync your exercise data with Google Fit. The app also doesn't display work out history or your summary stats. The app and watch doesn't provide a do not disturb schedule, and you can't turn on do not disturb from the watch. So, you need to turn on do not disturb fro the app otherwise it lights up through the night. You need to manually turn on and off do not disturb every morning and night. The watch also doesn't have always on display mode, so tracking a work out is annoying because you need to always wait for the screen to turn on. The heart monitor also isn't always tracking, and takes 5-10 seconds to show once the screen turns on.Both the heart rate and sleep tracking don't seem accurate. Blood oxygen reading doesn't provide any guidance, so you don't know if the reading is good. The free trial of the Jillian Michael's program was great. That was probably the highlight of the watch.

06.22.24_Update_incompetent customer service to boot _Not accurate - Would not buy again
Update on 06.22.24:The company contacted me after seeing my review and offered a full refund. (I didn't contact them.) They hand my case to Francis P., a polite, yet grossly, incompetent customer service representative who instead of on the outset saying that they cannot offer a refund because it is past however, many days, instead strings me along for 2.5 weeks and in writing tells me that the watch is inaccurate but within standard acceptable guidelines. Francis P. has me take all of these pictures, provide serial numbers, retell the same information over, etc. Finally, I ask did no one pass the original info onto you that you are asking me for what I already provided? Where is my refund that was originally offered to me? Still more heeing and hawing before Francis P. actually says there is no refund. This is poor customer service and a misrepresentation of the company. You, Francis P. wasted my time and did a poor job of representing the company. I have more respect to the truth than your polite BS. I filed a complaint with Amazon. Good luck with your temporary purchase. I replied back to Francis P. to not email me again. Guess what this human does - email me, yet again. Good luck with your seasonal purchase. Goodwill accepts anything.Original review:The watch has many features and the setup was quick and easy. It is good looking and easy to interact with the app and watch itself. The battery is very good and lasts at least a week.My issue is that I bought it for the heart rate and step count tracking and it is not accurate and takes a bit to register. Both features undercount. I have tested it against a regular pedometer. It doesn't matter to me if it doesn't accurately count the steps because at least I know I if I hit 10K steps on the watch I have done more. But, the heart rate monitor is off and not in the ball park in accuracy. Better off counting heartbeats manually. The sleep tracker is a feature I found useful but it is not as accurate as I would like.I wear the watch daily except during bathing or washing dishes. I have to switch wrists because the band causes my skin to peel.Overall, I would not purchase again. I have a pedometer that I wear on my waist that is very accurate and also has the time. The clip however broke which is why I decided to get the watch. I will just go to the hardware store and purchase a clip and glue it on instead.

Not great quality
Using the watch to help keep track of exercise and weight loss.I’m comparing this to cheaper fitness watches that I previously had.Biggest issue is it takes a while for the watch to reconnect with my iPhone. Also the O2 monitor isn’t continuous. Also when putting in your measurements, it doesn’t take decimal points so you have to round off.The good things about this watch are how long the battery life last, the battery docking is port for the watch is better than cheaper fitness watches, it looks like an apple watch.Edit: New issue after a couple of days since writing the review. For some reason clicking on the top portion of the screen won’t register. Officially disappointed in this brand. NEVER again!!!Update from last review: As of 8/9 the screen is showing this fuzz now. Junk watch.

Nice to keep track
Pretty nice watch. I’m enjoying it so far. I do think the battery life is not so great. I find myself charging it every evening.
