I am several weeks post tummy tuck. My MD had me on foam pads on sides and binder and/or faja. I've seen videos some use to help rid fluid and sculpting of front tummy. What I did notice when adding this to my routine at night was there was more of a center definition (valley) in-between my upper abds and the fluids around my belly button also decreased. I haved weaned off a bit maybe using every few nights or when I notice more fluid. Im only 3 months out but I am actually surprised of thr results to the front

This board is good to use soon after surgery when everything is still tender. It’s soft on either side of the board so you don’t get that digging in feeling, but the side wings are completely useless. They fold and misshapen so easily that it leaves marks on the side and . I used mine for about 2 weeks before I bought a more sturdy one.

I have a few of these from this seller. What I can honestly tell you. You can not go wrong. These are perfect for anyone who has had any type of surgery especially ( tummytuck, MMO, lipo, bbl hernia repair) great for new moms getting their snapback. Really anyone can use it. It great for your posture as well. What I like most about it is, even with a faja or shape wear I was still able to wear my clothes and not look boxy as if I was made and patch together. It gives great compression and you can tell the difference without it being so uncomfortable it's digging in your ribcage, breast( for those who may have had breast surgery) or your hello kitty 😺 (tummytuck, c- section incision area) it protects after you have been cleared to do so. You will see those abs starting coming. Why would anyone want to wear those extremely hard boards that's not the key. I had one and it was miserable to wear. I lasted 30min top and had to just foam, until i from another alternative. These are very firm but comfortable with a little flex and do exactly what they are made to do. As you go to stage 3 and so on you can wear waist trainers with these and not compromise anything.... I will certain be ordering more for this seller. The other 2 I brought last year and they are still in perfect condition. When time to clean them. I soak mine in hibeclens, Alcohol or just a light clarifying shampoo and rinse get as much water out as possible by towel drying then let it air dry. I am heavily into fitness and workout a lot. You can in these if your needing stability. You won't regret your purchase. This is my honest review and I hardly ever review. I just shop and go. I am a short Petite woman at 5ft 1 in and 140ish lbs. This was too long. On another not I expected it to be sponge and thicker foam like lipo foam. It is not. It is very thin and feels of cardboard inside. It was also too long for my torso. Quality was just meh.
