Being unable to take ibuprofen due to also taking beta blockers, it was mentioned to mee that I try turmeric. I experience pain in my hip, shoulder and neck from injuries sustained years ago, and also suffer terribly with bilateral menieres disease. With MD, the feeling of fluid and pressure/pain particularly in my right side gets to a point sometimes where I seriously feel like blowing my brains out. MD obviously also has an effect on mental health/anxiety/depression. I checked out various brands of turmeric, tried a couple and found them to be ineffective. I decided to have one last crack at using turmeric, and decided on this brand, after reading reviews. And I'm really glad I decided to give it another try! I've had more success with this than I have with pharmaceutical drugs, too. My pain level is down, inflammation is down, the ear fluid and pressure is not gone, obviously, but it does feel a little easier since taking this. Admittedly, I take a higher dose than recommended - I started off one one capsule, 3 x daily, and have increased it to 2 capsules, 3 x daily, this seems to also have given me an energy boost, which was also much needed! So far, so good! Will definitely be ordering more!

I have had debilitating lower back pain and general inflammation for over 2 years. After taking this for 4 months (with fat as otherwise you are wasting your money) I almost completely pain free. I also take magnesium citrate from the same company for muscle spasms and to regulate my bowels. It works like magic. Have been able to stop all main stream meds now. Update - my pain returned and after a bit of investigation I discovered that it is very important to buy standardised turmeric extract with 95% curcuminoids to have the best result. This product does not state that so I shall be looking for one that does. It only says turmeric powder. I think I could buy that in my local deli and swallow a spoonful mixed with pepper and oil lol!

Am now on my third jar of these pwonderful tablets and cannot praise them enough.have heard of good reports from friends.I am still taking the capsule, asure they are having a positive action - the arthritis in my shoulder is much less, and more manageable. Will continue to take them.I have now re-ordered another bottle of 120 capsules - Which, in itself, is promising - I do feel that my shoulder isresponding to the Turmeric + Black Pepper- Whilst not completely gone, the arthritis is now very slight. I woiuld recommend the capsules - at least give them a good run. Rita

I suffered from mild to moderate facial eczema caused by perimenopause - hormonal fluctuations. I’ve big toe arthritis (Hallux Rigidus) in my right big toe. I’d read and heard about Turmeric, but thought it might only make a small difference. How wrong was I - made a HUGE difference to the pain and inflammation in my big toe.These tablets are also fairly easy to swallow. And I’ve not had any problems with acid reflux (sometimes cited as a side effect of Turmeric tablets) or any other stomach problems caused by them.Great product, and I will definitely buy them again.

I have been buying this product for years and am usually very happy with everything, but I hate the new package! I used to be able to recycle the old plastic container in my recycling bin however the new plastic packet requires specialist recycling which isn't available in my area!!!

I don't often write a review but must do for these. I am 62 and for years I have suffered with gradually increasing pain in my knees, probably down to arthritis, especially in my left knee which I damaged in a motorbike accident when I was 19. When going up stairs this left knee would audibly 'pop' and I could feel a crunching in the joint. Both knees hurt if I tried doing squats, with the pain mainly in the joint behind the kneecaps.A few months ago I started doing exercises suggested by a sports injury specialist, these helped but my knees still hurt, especially doing squats. Then a few weeks ago he suggested I take this supplement as it helped his hands, which ached due to the amount of massage he does. For the first week I noticed no real difference, then about two weeks ago there was a fairly sudden and dramatic improvement. I can now do squats almost pain free and without any 'crunching' feeling, also going up stairs the 'popping' noise has gone as well as any pain. In fact I can now take stairs quickly two at a time without any problems, previously doing that was possible but certainly would have hurt.In summary for anyone with arthritic pain, especially in the knees (the only place I've had it) I would strongly suggest you give these a go, for several weeks daily at least!
