Before settling on this item, I did a lot of research on surge protectors. At my home office I use a lot of electronics, and my biggest priority was finding a power strip that could withstand high power usage without potentially breaking or catching fire. I settled on Anker because it offers 2000J protection, which is higher than most generic protectors on Amazon, and because of the brand's reputation for durable products. Needless to say it works perfectly for my purposes and the build quality is excellent. I also appreciate that its thoughtful design allows it to be compact, accessible with well-placed outlets, and organized. You can easily buy another surge protector at half the price, but I do think this one is worth the investment. For me it offers peace of mind that my electronics are protected and that a fire won't start. Since it's in use 24/7 I don't mind at all investing in something with better functionality and build quality. Some reviews mention that the shape of the surge protector's plug is inconvenient. The plug shape is unusual but in my set up I have no issues with the direction of the cord or accessing the outlet next to it. For me, I keep the protector to the right of the outlet and use a regular size plug in the socket next to it with no issues. But yes, be mindful about whether that particular setup works for you.

The Anker Family of products never disappoints. THis great power strip with its flat offset plug makes installation easy in small spaces. It frees up the second plug for critical use. I mounted mine on the underside of a desk and was able to neatly keeps all wires concealled which made for a uncluttered look. This strip is high quality, very robust, and quite affordable! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!!!!

I love these surge protectors because they are well designed, have a high joule rating for such a compact surge protector & I like that there’s a switch so you can easily cut power to the protector. The outlets are spaced well so plugging in a large adapter isn’t a problem. The USB charging speed is . Only downside is there is only one USB-C port.

This power strip is a great size! I love that it has USB/USBC/AC outlets. We have one on each side of our bed. Love the outlet on this too and how flat it is! Cord is long enough (maybe a bit too long). It is lightweight and would be easy to take on the go too. I just love the size and versatility of it with the outlet spots on different sides of it. Anker never seems to disappoint.

I bought the 2-pack and ended up using both of them the same day—one mounted behind the TV in my bedroom and the other behind the TV I mounted in my dad’s room for Father’s Day. They worked out really well for what I was trying to accomplish. I wanted something compact that could mount to the wall behind the TV while still giving me enough outlets for the TV, streaming device, and a few extras without having to use a bulky power strip. The outlet layout is well thought out, so larger plugs don’t get in each other’s way, and having two USB-A ports plus a USB-C port has already come in handy. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the wall plug. It angles downward, which works fine if your power strip is below the outlet, but I mounted mine above the outlet, so the cord has to loop down before coming back up. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of depending on your setup. I’m planning to finish it off with paintable cable raceways so the power cord disappears into the wall and everything looks clean. Overall, these feel well made, hold plugs securely, and were exactly what I needed for a clean wall-mounted TV setup. I’d buy them again. (Another Nice Touch: They include the two screws that you can use to mount the power strip. I thought I would have to find or buy two screws, but they were already there and that was relieving to see lol.)

These power strips are great. I got one for my office where my modem, printer and other office electronics are hooked up. The other is for my television and entertainment center. They're compact and easy to plug in an item. The cord is just the right length and it helps when I need to unplug an item and not reach around behind the cabinet.

Agréablement surprise, il y a aussi un interrupteur que je n’avais pas vu dans la description. La sortie USB-C fait bien le travail et la disposition des différents branchements est fonctionnelle même si l’ensemble est petit. La fiche plate est mince, ne nuit pas à l’aménagement des meubles et vient avec les 3 broches contrairement à d’autres. J’ai pu me débarrasser d’un chargeur ajouté auparavant sur une extension qui permettait seulement de le brancher, en plus d’un adaptateur, faute d’espace. Reste à espérer que ça sera durable, mais jusqu’à présent, j’ai toujours été satisfaite des produits Anker que j’utilise depuis longtemps.

I’ve been using this surge protector for a while now, and I’m very happy with its performance. This is one of those products where you can tell by looking at it if it will make your life easier or not. For me, it is a great device for being able to move the clutter of multiple power and USB cables out of sight. One caution about the USB-A ports which is mentioned multiple times in the lower reviews and that I found to be an issue as well: the USB-A ports do not seem to work well to power low-draw USB devices. They are meant for charging, and for charging modern devices they work fine. But one use I had in mind for one of the USB-A ports was to permanently power (not charge) an AirThings air quality monitor that needed a 5V 0.4A USB power supply. The device received power briefly on plugging it in, but then power was lost. The USB-C port powered the device as expected, but neither of the USB-A ports did. Connecting the device to a different Anker power bar model (the cube-shaped one) did not have the same issue, so I assume there's something about the ports on this particular model that don't work well with low-draw USB-A devices.

Like every other Anker product I have, this simple power strip just feels high quality. I bought this to clean up the wiring behind my TV. Worked great. I like the form factor. They include screws to mount it if you wish. Always useful to have a couple more USB outlets behind the TV too. I'm not a big fan of these "flat" plugs. I probably wouldn't choose this model if I was going to be plugging / unplugging it often. I like Anker. I have a lot of their stuff and they have never let me down.
