Q: Description says “connex 2 swing hooks”, so how many do you get?

I was unsure of that when I ordered. I bought a quantity of 2 since I was trying to fix 2 swings, and I got 4 hooks - so 1 purchase will get you 2 hooks.

Q: Hello will these tighten smaller from 50mm to 33mm

No they are designed to go around 2" (50mm) tube and once tightened up the 2 wings or whatever you call touch together so impossible to do any tighter

Q: are these measured as diameter of the post or by the circumference of the post?

Diameter of the pole . Note that the box only contains one hook& cuff

Q: Any tips on how to get these on to the swing frame cross bar? It's just too tight and the metal hoop doesn't stretch open at all?

Opened up using a bench vice. Then held together with mole grips to tighten the nut.
