This is a VERY basic back belt which is barely comfortable to wear. I can't seem to find any 'self-heating' properties to it other than it makes me sweaty if I wear it tight...how is that unlike any other brace you might use? The 'magnetic' part of this brace is the velcro - calling it 'magnetic' is misleading. They are aluminum bars (maybe) and that's it. Not sure it's worth the time, money or hope and would try something else over this next time.

I need a back support for working in the garden in order to prevent injuries when lifting heavy items. This is a simple brace for my back and the price is cost-effective. A few things I like about this product: (1) It feels really comfortable due to its self-heating design especially in the winter time. Also the self-heating increases blood circulation which has reduced some pain from arthritis. (2) I am a size 8 and received the x-large belt. It fits me perfectly. It is not really wide and the length is perfect. There is no discomfort caused by wearing this for a long time. Overall I am happy with this back support.
