I couldn’t figure out what was making me so nauseous but it’s these 2 little capsules!!!!!!!!! Taking as directed but I got so sick…. Every time!!!, almost to feeling like passing out. BEWARE!!!!! These might not be so good for you either!

I trust this brand because I’ve ordered multiple other supplements from them before. The labeling quality wasn’t great on this bottle, and from another manufacturer it probably would have made me nervous, but I trust this brand. These are easy to take, no negative side effects, and I feel generally calmer, more focused, and less scatterbrained when I take them. I take them at bedtime because I never miss my bedtime pills. Mornings are more iffy, so the important ones get taken at night. This is one of my important ones. As with all supplements, do your own research and listen to your own body— you know how you FEEL better than anyone else ever could.
