Impact Ball – Golf Swing Training Aid
The Impact Ball is an excellent training aid for improving swing consistency, clubface control, and impact position. The two-tone design (green and blue) provides great visual feedback, helping golfers better understand their hand and body positioning throughout the swing. The dimpled texture allows for a comfortable grip and effective practice. Pros: Effective Training Tool – Helps reinforce proper hand positioning and impact mechanics. Durable & Lightweight – Sturdy construction while still being easy to handle. Visual Feedback – The two-tone design assists with alignment and tracking. Comfortable to Use – Ergonomic shape makes it easy to practice with. Cons: Size May Not Fit Everyone – Some golfers might find it slightly awkward depending on hand size. Takes Time to Get Used To – Can feel unnatural at first, but improves muscle memory with use. Overall, it’s a great tool for golfers looking to refine their swing fundamentals. While it may take some getting used to, the Impact Ball is well worth adding to your training routine!

Women- order the child size!
The ball is a great tool but the medium marked for women is way too big. Get the child’s size and it will work much more effectively. The blue/green is just way too bulky to do what it supposed to. Otherwise great product!
