I ordered these to make creme brulee for a potluck. They come in a single "tube" of 100 foil cups. In my case, approximately 10-12 were damaged. Some from the bottom of the stack and most from denting in the middle of the stack. I only needed 24-30 cups, so it works for me, but the cost per cup after subtracting the damaged goods gives me pause. I know I waited until too close the the holiday to order, and will plan better next time.

Lots of ideas for these. Mini flan, muffin tops, hold wood chips on the grill. OMG I can make mini burbon pecan pies !

Works great for small servings of Creme Brulee

These worked out great for a party we had. My father in law loves Creme brûlée and it was their 50th. So I made almost 100 for it. (I dropped a couple in the process). He is still talking about how great they were. The size was great for a dessert table for a large party because we didn’t need a big dish. If this is your only dessert u may want larger ones but this was perfect for us.

I used these to make single servings of creme brulee. They are not only really gorgeous but they are very sturdy, held up well to a water bath and the desserts came out perfectly. A great buy!
