These are excellent for wearing in shoes or sandals they give a soft cushion to the forefoot when walking. Easy to wash

I tried the full version which did provide support to my metatarsal pads but were too seamed between the toes causing pain.These ones are better and can be worn in comfort all day although they don't give quite as full support.They can slip & slide but firm socks can help keep them in place.

So disappointed 😞 These are huge. And I've got size 7 UK feet.

Not comfortable

These foot pads are perfect to use with sandals. They don't show and are comfortable when walking. They fit well and stay in place all day. Good value for money. I wish I had discovered them sooner.

I bought these to use with my sandals but just kept slipping.

Perfect for my daughter to wear for dance competitions. Lovely soft material and very stretchy.

These earplugs have been wonderful. I have used them for 2 nights so far.The earplugs are very comfortable and can be put in like normal noise isolating earplugs. Once in I can barely notice them. This includes when I attempt to sleep on my side, which is kinda awesome.They do provide some pressure if you are not familiar with ear plugs, be ready for that. For me it is less than the pressure that my true wireless earbuds produce.They even have a little silicone rod coming out of them so you can pluck them out of your ear in the morning.They block out a decent amount of sound. Like anything else there are limits to technology. When I've put them in, I am no longer able to hear my ceiling fan, my mini-fridge, or the central AC unit in my apartment. Car noise on the road below my window is significantly less (more than my ANC headphones blocks). However, high pitched wind can still be heard.Overall they are comfortable to sleep with and do a good job. Do keep in mind that your favorite alarm may not be as loud as you are used to. I found that a different, higher pitched alarm can be heard more easily. Just fyi.

I absolutely love flats. I abuse my feet regularly because I see a cute, affordable pair of flats and I wear them even though I know they will give me blisters. I recently started working on my feet every day and I decided enough was enough. I didnt want to invest in several pairs of expensive, new shoes so I looked for something that could make my extensive collection work for me. I came across these and figured I would give them a try. This box came with three pairs of nude inserts and one pair of black ones. I had an outfit lined up that required a pair of uncomfortable blush pink flats. I decided to give these inserts a try but I packed along a backup pair of shoes just in case. Needless to say, I didnt need the backup pair. The inserts feel great on my heels and actually provide more cushion than I anticipated. My primary reason for purchasing was to avoid blisters along the back where the shoe rubs. The inserts took care of that problem as well! They didnt slide around inside of the shoe or bunch up under my feet. I definitely plan to buy a few more sets so I do not have to switch them between shoes.
