Heatsink is too small but.....
These are very inexpensive but the parts are well made. My only issue was the ability of the heatsink/fan combo to help the cooler work. They are too small for the load. I ran them together at 12 v but the cooler soon overheated with a negative delta. I ran the cooler at 6 v and the fan at 12v and was able to hold a delta of 25-30c. They are rated for a delta of 60c and for that you need a much bigger heatsink and fan. Still, for the price I bought three and I don't regret it.

3.7v ONLY
3.7V ONLY!!!!!!! IT WORKS PERFECT.... COOLING PERFECT! iVE HAD THIS ONE RUNNING FOR OVER A HR WITH NO PROBLEMS

Overheats itself
Definitely doesn't have a big enough fan or heatsink. The unit shuts off after about 10 seconds. Very useless unmodified. Would have been 0 stars but im hoping it's not broken, so I can fix the overheating issue.

Good product
This could be a project of making a hand held air conditioner or a small refrigerator. You can run it on 6v not 12v if you run it on 12v the cold side not get cold it will get pretty hot.

Totally useless cooler (great heater)
Absolute garbage. Heat sink and fan totally useless. The fan runs on 12 volt and .05 amps (.59 watts). I tested the TEC at varying voltages and currents. Maximum before overheating was 12 volts, 3 amps (32.5 watts), where the cold side got to 103 F, which was much warmer than the ambient air temperature of 82 F. The hot side got to 196 F. At 1 and 2 amp input the best delta T that I saw was 10 F below ambient room temperature. The screws that hold the fan on do not hold the fan on, they screw into nothing. I tried the fan in both directions (blowing towards the hot side and away from the hot side) and it made no difference in the thermal camera temperatures. The cold side is the one without any printing.

Coolers
replaced a unite and it did not draw power or provided the appropriate cooling.

Is not rated for specs
Peltier Module is not rated for the power that it states it is. Ran it at 12V 2Amps and it burnt out almost immediately.

Heat sink top small to cool
Both sides get hot. I rigged a water-cooled version using the heatsink, and was able to get one side to cool. But either a bigger fan or bigger heatsink is needed for anything to cook.
