BOSS Men's Legacy_Runn_burs Low-Top Sneakers

Always a size 9, got a size 9 in these shoes and they were massive. Trying to return but typical Hermes have not picked up yet despite lying and saying they have tried twice.

Great shoe, great service and really good price, delivered earlier than expected, overall really pleased.

HiI bought this shoes few months ago. I really take care of my shoes so I was really disappointed when one day I found this cut in the side (see photos). I contacted HugoBoss customer service who refused to help claiming that their products are subject to rigorous quality control and there is no manufacturing fault. So if u wanna buy a shoes that cost £200 with such a low quality and horrible customer service go for HugoBoss. I am beyond dismayed with the quality and service.Hope that helps someone before it is too late
