The product was great had no problem with that, But the box it came in i was surprised how it looked,Cause that is where i wanted to keep it stored after every use looked used,It was like it had been rained on and it was tore in some place. Would had expected a new box at least for this product, Very disappointed on the box

I am having good results with this healing tool, and I hesitate as to what to call it because it came with no instructions. If I had not been able to ask my health professional (who suggested it) about what the tool was suppose to do, it would still be in the box. The packaging was mushed with no return information. All in all, I use it but would recommend a different source if that is possible.
