Ordered as a back up to existing cameras, for the money it's a brilliant bit of kit, easy to set up, hardwired or WiFi, mains power, good picture, excellent zoom, 360 rotation & 90 tilt, AI detection and tracking, added a big memory card and linked to cloud. For the money I can't fault it.

Easy to install. Very good video quality both day time and night. Only the phone app is a bit slow but easy to use.

I have to be totally honest, this is one of the best, if not the best camera I've tried (and I've tried a few). The CH7 model is a cracking camera, the detection (human & vehicle) is FREE along with auto tracking, there is a 3 month free trial if you want to try others features ie. Cloud services etc.Detection as mentioned (in my view) is great, I only have human detention on and it's set to medium and I have NOT (thus far) had any false alarms... Even the last few days when it's been stormy here in the UK... in fact I had to go out and check it was working, it picked me up as soon as I stepped outside, alerts are very quick to. Also I like the auto patrol mode, preselected areas that the camera moves to automatically. It is set to patrol every 10 minutes (my settings) but you do have options to increase it... Personally I would liked to see less than 10 minutes.Picture quality and night mode is good, full colour if you select the option, every now and then it takes a second to refocus... Also (in my view) the picture is brighter than I would like, no options to decrease the brightness. The auto tracking is good, tad jumpy but again better than others cameras I've tried, it is responsive.The app (TDSEE) that Tenda uses is not the best, resizing is a problem, on my tablet it's just doesn't look slick, unlike other providers... But it works and hopefully with some updates by provider these issues will be resolved.... Alongside Tenda firmware updates ?ONE BIG ISSUE... is the supplied plug does not fit in my standard outside power socket, due to the bulk of the plug pointing up and not down like any other plugs !! This is my make or break whether I return the unit or keep it.... WHY you may ask ? Tenda customer service have been great, extremely responsive to my issue and have offered a solution.... BUT it means I will have to source another plug from IE. Amazon etc... and they will refund my... It's now up to me, can I be bothered to do this or .... ?I'm really considering this solution (you may ask why) well... as I said at the start, this camera is great, the best I've tried from Amazon UK, over the last couple of months I've tested a few, all claiming lots but in reality not delivering... Tenda CH7 on the other hand claims lots and has delivered and met my expectations !Would I recommend this product (CH7) YES.... BUT bare in mind the plug issues I was faced with 👍

Update,6/4/24 , camera has now stopped working altogether, very disappointed with this camera, can not recommend only lasted for 5 months,Looks well made, But am disappointed that it will not stop connected to Alexa,Does not always track, and is far to sensitve,even on the lowest setting,rain and wind,set it off,all the time.Screws size, supplied with fittings, head is to small to hold it firmly to wall,had to purchase larger headed ones,to fix problem, Do not recommendUpdate,09/02/25 now 15months old, and now it has stopped working altogether, there is nothing happening with it, Looks like more trash for the bin

Very easy to setup. When connected to WiFi camera picks up all motion and alert is sent to device to notify you. Great product, very well priced.

Fantastic camera workes well fine at night and great value fitted it easy and great at night very good .

Cheap rubbish don't buy

Bought this after returning a similar camera which was useless. I was hoping this would be better. I have other Tenda products which are great and this didn’t disappoint. Connected and worked really easily. Great pictures and easy to use.
