I have a 38/40 waist, stand 6’4” and this fits. Any bigger waist and this would be a push. After hip surgery I use if for 10 - not 20 min sessions. It’s cold but the inner part is cloth so you can apply directly to the skin.Take a bit to refreeze or I would have given it 5 stars.
