It’s a really nice purse. You can tell that it’s a hard plastic however that was not an issue for me since it’s not a daily purse. I just used my shoe mink oil to make it come alive. Now what I did have a problem with is unfortunately I open the wallet and it had 4 different people business cards. So I instantly realized it was a returned used purse and maybe that why it lack luster. My event was the next day so I just decided to clean it down with antibacterial wipes and shine with kink oil I took a point off for sending me a used purse if I wanted used I should have gotten a discount

Love, love this bag! Super cute and stylish and the price is the best part! I use to buy very expensive purses thinking that meant the quality was better but when my real leather purses only lasted a year before they started to crack, peel, fade and lose their shape I realized how ridiculous it was to spend that much money on something that doesn't last or even function properly. At least if this purse doesn't hold up it won't hurt my wallet. PROS: -Size is perfect! I've never been a fan of the super huge bags but I also want something that is not too small to fit all my items and this bag is a perfect in between... not too big not too small. - Storage. Love the pockets inside that allow separate storage for my phone and small items. Has one large zipper pocket and two smaller open pouch pockets along the inner lining. -Durable. Read some reviews that complained about the bag being too stiff but I personally love that it feels like it could hold up to anything and maintain its shape. -Accents. The decor and metal work (although not real metal it feels and looks durable) are complimentary adding to the overall stylish look of the bag. -Awesome deal with the matching wallet included! A spacious wallet at that! CONS: Only one con... would have liked the option of a detachable shoulder strap but no biggie since the strap is not too long. Overall this is a great purse with a great price and I definitely plan on getting more!

The bag comes well packaged and with a nice dust bag for storage. HOWEVER, it is the stiffest, most inflexible purse I've ever purchased. I've purchased several items from this seller and been satisfied until this purchase. This purse doesn't feel like leather. Is cute if you do not expect functionality or to use it frequently. It also has very little room for many items most women carry daily in a purse. The interior pockets are small and thin. Overall, I am very disappointed. I may use it occasionally, but it's far too stiff and uncomfortable to use with any frequency. It feels like hard plastic.

Aesthetically, this purse is beautiful! But it feels really cheaply made and is incredibly hard to open because it’s so stiff. It kind of makes a noise like it’s a really hard cardboard. If it was $20 I wouldn’t care, but the price is high for the quality. I’m a bit disappointed.

This is a very roomy versatile purse I picked out for my grandmother L. It smells like real leather and great quality purse the colors are great and go with a lot of her outfits.
