Easy to take
East to swallow as tablets are small, and no taste to them. No side effects (for me ) to report. Seem to be doing good as arthritic pain not as sharp as it was.

Work well for joint pain
Small and easy to swallow.This is my first time of buying this brand, my previously brand purchase was great and made a noticeable difference in reducing shoulder pain. This seems to be working equally as well but I noticed the other one more as it stopped the pain whereas this seems to have kept it away just as well as the other product. The inside of this packet is quite yellow and the product can stain fingers whereas my last one didn’t. That’s the only downside.

I've been taking this same supplement, different brand,ok,half the dose of these but in a very short space of time I've noticed my creeky knees are well a bit less creeky,and I swear it's these.well happy,deffo rebuy.and there cheaper than the brand I was buying
