Smaller than you think but really nice quality
Bought for my dad as a gift to remind of his seagull “Steven” that he rescued when it was a baby and he hand reared. He loves it and has hung it on his rear view mirror on his car. It’s a little smaller than I expected but really good quality. Great little gift

Over priced

My mother makes exaggerated statements all the time so I'm used to her gushing over gifts when she doesn't mean it. But this, she couldn't stop talking about, calling it her 'best present ever. I mean EVER'. As I said, exaggerated statements.But she was definitely very pleased with it.I have three niggles. 1) I'm not sure how long it will last. Due to the nature of its construction, I do think that, in the wrong hands, it could be too easily damaged. 2) The packaging. It was NOT well packaged.It may have been securely packaged, but it should have at least come in some sort of presentation box.What it came in was some old torn paper, in an old brown box, with polysty peanuts. So, secure, but not attractive as a gift. And 3) the cost. Compared to every other Shoeless Joe hanging item I could find, this was nearly double the cost of the others. That's not to say it's not a reasonable quality item for what it is. It's just that I don't enjoy being ripped off. However, I paid because I knew how much my mother would enjoy it. And she really, really likes it :D

Check size before purchase !
Lovely little ornament but I omitted to check size before ordering … it is tiny ! Probably wouldn’t have purchased it at that price .

Tiny bit awesome
So I was looking for the wooden seagull mobile that hangs from the ceiling and you pull the string and it flaps it’s wings. Then this popped up! Once it arrived I quickly realised its absolutely tiny but I think it’s brilliant.

Cheeky gull
Made a perfect alternative Christmas tree ornament! We didn't buy it for the Christmas tree but as a year round ornament to remind us of beach days, eating chips and seagulls flying over the sea. It looked perfect on the tree and made us giggle each time we walked past it. Would make a quirky gift.
