Featuring 4 adjustable heights, breathable mesh sides, and a large storage basket, it offers convenience for nighttime care and travel. Made with EcoCare fabric from 100% recycled plastic bottles, it combines eco-conscious design with a firm, safe sleeping surface that meets all safety standards. Lightweight and foldable, it’s perfect for home or on-the-go use until baby reaches 20 lbs or starts crawling. ## Description The Maxi-Cosi Iora bedside bassinet adjusts through four heights and three adjustable slide positions, so this infant bassinet fits right beside your bed. Breathable mesh sides let air move freely, helping you feel connected while baby rests on the comfy mattress, and a large storage basket keeps essentials within reach in the dark. When you travel, the compact, foldable design folds flat into the included travel bag, ready for sleepovers at Grandma's or a hotel getaway. Key to the design is EcoCare, our premium, 100%-recycled fabric made from plastic bottles. The mattress pad cover and carry bag can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. Use until baby reaches 20 lb or can push up on their hands and knees, whichever comes first. Designed with a firm, flat sleeping surface that meets the Consumer Product Safety Commission's recommendations for safe sleep. Designed by Parents, for Parents. Review: So glad we bought this! - So glad we purchased this bassinet! There are so many choices when it comes to bassinets so I spent a lot of time researching! We actually purchased a VERY expensive “smart” bassinet that people rave about and our baby absolutely hated it! There were some things about it that I didn’t love either, so I wanted to make sure our new bassinet had the functional things instead of the “smart” features. I love that this not only had mesh sides but you can see through them! I spent a lot of time getting out of bed a night to look into the other bassinet and with this, I don’t have to get out of bed, I can see right through the sides to make sure the baby is okay. I also like how large the bassinet is because it makes me feel confident that the baby won’t somehow get stuck up against the side (even though if he somehow managed that, like I said the sides are mesh anyway). I also love the storage basket under the bassinet, I can put my breastfeeding pillow and burp clothes with lots of room to spare. Overall it’s a very simple design but it is soooo functional. It’s very light weight, which is nice to be able to move it easily. At first because it was so light weight, I thought it felt a little rickety, but once we actually used, I have no worries at all about it not being stable. It does not come with sheets but Maxi Cosi actually recommends to not use a sheet and the mattress cover and mattress itself are washable. Also their customer service is wonderful so if you a new mattress, just contact them. As far as worries about the comfort of the mattress, my baby had no issues with it and I will tell you, it’s got more cushion that the one from the previous really expensive bassinet we had. Hope this helps! Review: The Perfect Sleeper for our granddaughter. - The Maxi-Cosi Iora Baby Bassinet was absolutely perfect for my little granddaughter’s first few months. It worked wonderfully as a bedside sleeper, making nighttime care easy and convenient. I especially appreciated the added sense of safety it provided by keeping her protected from our very affectionate fur babies while she slept comfortably nearby. Stylish, practical, and thoughtfully designed, it was a wonderful addition to our home. ## Features - Polyester - Newborn Bassinet Nearby: This Maxi-Cosi Iora baby bassinet sits within arm's reach, so night feeds and daytime naps are easier and calmer - Matches Your Bed: Four height settings line this bedside sleeper crib up with your own mattress, and three slide positions move baby nearer for middle-of-the-night check-ins - Breathable Mesh Sides: Air moves freely through the panels, and you can see your little one resting on the firm, flat mattress inside - Folds Flat to Go: A compact frame lets this portable bassinet slip into its included travel bag, and a large basket underneath holds pajamas and other essentials - Trusted & Tested: Designed by parents and engineered to exceed ASTM and governmental safety standards ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CN1MT4MY | | Best Sellers Rank | #6,469 in Baby ( See Top 100 in Baby ) #27 in Bedside Cribs | | Brand | Maxi-Cosi | | Brand Name | Maxi-Cosi | | Color | Classic Slate | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,017 Reviews | | Form Factor | Travel Bassinet | | Furniture Finish | Fabric | | Included Components | Mattress | | Item Dimensions | 38.5 x 26 x 36 inches | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 38.5"L x 26"W x 36"H | | Item Highlight | 4 Heights & 3 Adjustable Slide Positions; Breathable Mesh Sides, Large Storage Basket & Folds Flat Away | | Item Type Name | Bassinet | | Item Weight | 24 pounds | | Manufacturer | Dorel Juvenile Group | | Manufacturer Part Number | BT079HCS | | Material | Polyester | | Material Type | Polyester | | Maximum Weight Recommendation | 20 pounds | | Model Number | BT079HCS | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Product Dimensions | 38.5"L x 26"W x 36"H | | Shape | Oval | | Size | Crib | | Style Name | Bassinet | | UPC | 884392000219 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Maxi-Cosi - **Color:** Classic Slate - **Furniture Finish:** Fabric - **Material:** Polyester - **Product Dimensions:** 38.5"L x 26"W x 36"H ## Images ![Maxi-Cosi Iora Bedside Bassinet & Sleeper - Classic Slate - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71woNWo2H2L.jpg) ![Maxi-Cosi Iora Bedside Bassinet & Sleeper - Classic Slate - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81pkBOkS77L.jpg) ![Maxi-Cosi Iora Bedside Bassinet & Sleeper - Classic Slate - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71cUYRt2dWL.jpg) ![Maxi-Cosi Iora Bedside Bassinet & Sleeper - Classic Slate - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/813a91JKYpL.jpg) ![Maxi-Cosi Iora Bedside Bassinet & Sleeper - Classic Slate - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71qAs-S4DVL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So glad we bought this! *by E***E on December 23, 2022* So glad we purchased this bassinet! It stayed in our room, but was easy to pack up for trips. High quality and sturdy. We felt very secure with him in it all night with the mesh sides. The top and bottom can be adjusted independently which was nice to elevate his head during those stuffy nose nights. Perfect for the first 4-6 month depending on size. Easy to clean and the bottom is nice to store extra covers or accessories. It isn’t compact, but did fit a normal master bedroom between a king bed and the wall. ## Frequently Bought Together - Maxi-Cosi Iora Baby Bassinets Bedside Sleeper, Portable Bassinet, Infant Bedside Sleeper Crib, Height Adjustable, Breathable Mesh, Large Storage Basket, Classic Slate - Waterproof Bassinet Mattress Pad Cover Compatible with Maxi-COSI Iora/Swift Lightweight Portable Bassinet, 2 Pack, Ultra Soft Viscose Made from Bamboo Terry Surface, Breathable and Easy Care - Bedside Sleeper Bassinet Fitted Sheets 33x20 for Maxi COSI Iora, Koola Baby, Baby Joy, Angelbliss, Kidsclub Bedside Bassinet – 100% Jersey Cotton – Light + Dark Sage Green – 2 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.lk/products/597668529-maxi-cosi-iora-bedside-bassinet-and-sleeper-classic-slate](https://www.desertcart.lk/products/597668529-maxi-cosi-iora-bedside-bassinet-and-sleeper-classic-slate) --- *Product available on Desertcart Sri Lanka* *Store origin: LK* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
