Q: Does this bean bag come with filling?

Yes it does and it's lovely and bright yiu won't be disappointed.

Q: can the cover be removed if it's machine washable?

Yes the cover can be removed for washing although I haven't had to do it yet. There's a tie round the zip which you undo and the beads are in a fine bag which can be removed from the cover.

Q: Would this be big enough for 8 year olds?

Hi my 7 year old does occasionally sit on it not the bigger one we bought her but it was bought for my then 2 year old who is now 3. Perfect size for him.
