Have even had expensive hospital swallowing tests and flurostopic following..Just some sizes can not swallow but nothing conclusive after tests. So I live with it….til NOW!!! I have found that I can take the problem pills and take just one NOT in the device…..then take the device filled with water to the correct level…and THEN swallow the pill in my mouth using the device to wash it down just like was in the device…but so far, it has yet to have a problem this way!! Must be the engineering experiences that makes me look at everything! (yes…Masters in Chemical Engineering). So try it….I have actually used up to three pills in my mouth and then washed down with the device…but I have it in the recommended configuration as if pill was in the space for it to be in. Once again…make sure device is located in correct position as would be as if pill was in it. Same water level. So far…up to 3 at a time has not failed me yet!
