Fertile

This book has been so helpful to me. Fertile gives me practical things to do to take care of MY body. The idea of a fertile life, good food, a healthy mind (thanks for the meditations!) is a welcome change to the other empty answers I have received elsewhere in my fertility search. I love the recipes as well and feel these are helpful throughout my life, not just while TTC. It is also a visually beautiful book. Warm and fun. Thank you Emma!

A lot of common sense ideas - pretty good book.

The item was not as described at all. We were expecting a book with gentle use, with no highlighter or marks in the columns. What we got was a very beat up cover, and many pages of highlighter and marks, as well as dog ears. Buyer beware!

I was really excited about this book as it was recommended by my GP. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by the incorrect medical info about endometriosis. Endometriosis is not endometrial tissue nor is it the presence of the uterine lining in areas outside of the uterus. It is tissue that is similar to the lining of the uterus, not uterine tissue.
