Are these really 12 ply?

They are *technically* 12-ply. However, the weaving is so loose that their absorbency is more comparable to something that is 4-ply. They are folded over 4 times to create the 12 layers, and the gaps between the weaving on a single layer averages to around 3mm or 1/8". They still work for what I need them for, but it does feel a little deceptive.

Yes, they are, a fairly loose weave. But they are plain gauze and nothing else, if that’s what you need— no coating, nothing added.

A must buy after a C-section / on toes

This was sooo helpful postpartum on my 3rd vacation when I had a small break in the skin and to also keep the skin dry and not irritated like a pad would do. Wish I would’ve had this for the other 2 C-sections . Also so helpful for in between my toes with my foot having broken skin right now
