I bought this set because I only needed the V key, as the backing on my original key broke. When I installed it, I could tell that the printing was pretty significantly off-center. Slightly too high, and way too far to the right. Mechanically, the key works just fine, but upon looking at the other keys in the box, the letter keys at least, seem to all be printed with poor alignment. The printing also seems to slightly different, and the letter itself is more yellow than the rest when using the keyboard backlight. I included a picture. The key on the left is the one I just purchased, and the one on the right is the original. This is just an example, but all the keys are like this.

Keycaps look very similar to the original keycaps, although side by side you can tell they aren’t aligned quite the same. A much bigger issue though is the difference in lighting passthrough, as these are noticeably dimmer than the factory keycaps, making it painfully obvious unless you replace every keycap. The biggest issue by far is the fragility. The main reason to buy new keycaps is because the factory ones have very brittle tabs, and often break during removal or reinstall. However, during my replacement, I had multiple keycaps break upon installation, despite being very careful.
