These Work But ... Yuck!
Having tried lots of different products to try to eradicate flies from my home, I seem to have found one that does offer a solution; I am just not sure how viable it will be for me in the long run. Each pack contains four sunflower pictures to stick on windows, which are designed to attract flies. Both sides of the sticker are covered with paper that clearly explains which side needs to be applied to the window and therefore which side is designed to sort out the flies. Application was fairly easy and the stickers don't look too bad on the windows (they look better than those rolls of fly tape anyway). I positioned the majority so they are hidden from general view behind curtains and blinds. They seem to work best on the top part of the window, at least that's where the ones I've got seem to have caught most flies. The results did seem to happen overnight. The first morning after the stickers had been installed, six flies had been trapped. They were all small ones but hey, even the small ones are a pain so I wasn't too disappointed, although I did invest in a fly swatter to take care of one or two of those large devils. On the second morning however I discovered three large flies had also been caught by the traps (as well as a moth, which I was quite sorry about). By the third day I did not see any flies in the house at all and haven't since - except on the stickers and that is the 'yuck' part; dead flies accumulate on the stickers unless you manually pick them off and there doesn't appear to be any insecticide present to kill them off quickly - so they can buzz away for quite a long time (a couple of days in one case - it took me that long to work out what the noise was) before dying, which is also rather unpleasant and requires the use of fly spray (or alternative means) to finish the job.I like the fact that these stickers seem to have got rid of all flies in the house and I guess they are worth a try if you are plagued by flies but think carefully about placement as they won't be pretty once they start collecting flies.

Pest-stop Window Fly Stickers
We have a problem with cluster flies in our office at certain times of the year and, whilst awaiting our annual pest treatment, the fly stickers were invaluable in keeping the flies at bay. The only problems is that as they start to fill up they are somewhat of an eye sore. However, they do work.
