Great way to convert a desktop mic stand into a speaker stand
Solidly built with non-skid padding. Adapters included to attach this platform to a mic stand. 5 min assembly and done. Great product at a good price.

Worked perfectly for 25-key bass synth
Got this to mount on a mic stand for my Novation Bass Station II, and it works perfectly. Nice and heavy, and very stable. Would also work great a stand for medium-heavy studio monitors like NS-10's or Mackie HR824's. Overall stability will of course be dependent on the mic stand quality that you use.

It works.
It is a stand for holding relatively heavy things (in my case, studio monitors) on a mic stand. It's not the best idea in the world. But it's what I needed for ... reasons. In fact, I needed six of them. They still wobble a little bit, but not nearly so much as I'd expected, and since I'm using mic stands with legs, they don't wobble all that much. I was worried they'd be way too easy to topple over, but that did not turn out to be the case.So... yeah. If you absolutely need to put studio monitors on a flat plate mounted on a wobbly mic stand... this is probably one good way to do it.

Tiny
I bought this to use for a Yamaha 12 input mixer and it is way too small. It seems to be of good quality but keep in mind it is meant for smaller items.

I use it to hold a mini mixer on stage. It is sturdy even when the ground is shaking from people jumping on stage.

built like a tank!!!
superb. bought it as a stand for a very small laptop and an audio interface. a little bit on a heavy side since it really is made of steel but definitely a great buy.

A handy platform on a mic stand.
I use this steel plate on a simple microphone stand as a platform for a projector or a second pc monitor. The weighted base of the stand keeps the platform from being tippy. There are a pair of rubber tracks on top of the panel, which keeps anything placed on it from sliding around. It requires minimal assembly - a mic stand adapter bolts on (parts included). Also works with a camera tripod. I may get a second one and use them as speaker stands. Very portable. Unscrew the connector and fold up your stand. I wouldn't put anything heavy on it, like a PA speaker, but I keep it in my kit for playing music to hold a mixer or my guitar stuff - tuner, picks, a cold beverage. A useful addition, especially if you already have a spare mic stand. It mounts parallel to the stand base, so it isn't recommended on a boom arm, although you could probably use it that way for a tablet. The steel is study. The black finish is clean and even and there were no sharp edges or burrs. Definitely recommended as a helpful bit of kit.

Have 2! Great product.

Excellent quality with multiple uses
Totally fit for purpose and excellence quality( chunky and grippy) for the price. I’m using mine on a heavy duty mic stand for alternating between lap style and bottleneck slide guitar using one guitar.
