Holding this beautiful book, I couldnt wait to begin reading, and once I did, there was no way I could put it down. Suzanne Giesemann is a natural born writer, her words jump off the page into your heart. I’ve been lucky to take her online. Courses on spiritualism and evidence of the afterlife. As a retired navy commander, she teaches on a very practical level so novices like me can easily understand. As human beings, we will all experience challenging times, but knowing that our souls are indestructible, we can find peace and joy.Suzanne gives us many practices in “the awakened way” to make that happen. For example, she writes,”your non physical body must be regularly tuned…This begins with watching what you feed your mind. Turn off the news if you cant watch without becoming upset..” Breathing the correct way will help relax one’s nervous system. And recognize that every single person has their own “story,” and send love their way if you are able. Suzanne is one of the most respected, evidential mediums, but more than that she is funny, kind, and the best storyteller! I particularly love when she tells anectotes about Ty, her husband who she obviously loves so much. I have both the written book and audio book, and I feel like the luckiest person to have these. My beautiful daughter transitioned 3 years ago at the age of 33, but Suzanne’s teachings has given such joy and hope to our family - there is not a doubt in my mind that there is an afterlife and our loved ones are with us! The Awakened Way by Suzanne Giesemann is an instruction manual for how to find Joy. I am so thankful she wrote this book as it answers so many questions. There are beautiful stories as well as practical tips and exercises. She has a marvelous way with words and you can almost hear her voice speaking as you read them. Its like she is in the room with you!Essentially, Suzanne has packed in everything you need to know about spirituality and how to experience it within one book! This is a book you will use the rest of your life. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!!!

In Suzanne Giesemann I have found a kindred spirit. I am so thrilled that Suzanne is such a gifted teacher, as well. Her practical pragmatic "anyone can do this!" approach to teaching mediumship and spiritual connection makes what has always been something people assumed was a gift, and something you're either born with or can't attain, into a simple to follow program of personal discovery. This book is SO powerful. It has tools and insights to help you connect with the truth of the depth of your being: human, soul, and a part of the Divine Oneness. The language is deep but simple and easy to understand. There are exercises and easy to remember acronyms for concepts (LIFE = Love In Full Expression) and exercises (BLESS ME method). I love how the reader can follow the expansion of concepts from the foundations laid in the beginning of the book, through to deeper ideas and practices.This is a great tool to learn to live from the heart and expand your interconnectedness with The Divine. A great book for anyone who wants to explore a deeper relationship with the hope that is alive and well in the depths of each of our being. Wow..🤩 I’m on 36% of the content on kindle .. and had to stop to write this - from a cannot-feel- it- do not see it- just-can’t hear it individual..I have to say that this content is a guided meditation into awareness of awareness itself … just wrapped up in pulps of paper..!! I love Suzanne Giesemanns book „The Awakened way“ from the first pages I read…It first starts with pieces of the Author Suzanne Giesemann’s own experiences and life lessons and a lot of different and very meaningful, special moments are shared with us readers.I feel a deep sense of gratitude, joy and mostly relief, being allowed to learn from Suzanne G.iesemann, especially to be more aware and conscious about how to care for my own spiritual growth in my life. To know, we can take aside our „story“ for a while - during all recommended practices, there are many options described, this feels so good and very uplifting, too.Take the book as an opportunity to dive deeper into your own personal soul knowledge. Just by exploring and experiencing your soul being with an open and curious heart. I love how jam-packed full of amazing ideas to deepen your spiritual journey, this book is. I particularly love the various bullet point lists, of practical guidance on steps to take. Many books tell you WHAT to do (eg meditate, practice gratitude), but this book tells you step by step HOW you can take steps to shift to a higher spiritual awareness. I love the examples and practical exercises.I have selected two practices to start with and am implimenting these into my daily routines. The rest are interesting and I will come back to them later to try them out (there are so many suggestions that it would be overwhelming to try to impliment them all at once, and I don't think that Suzanne is suggesting we do that).Overall the book is well thought out. Well written. Interesting. Practical and uplifting.Thank you Suzanne for sharing your wisdom with the world.
