The distinct flavors of each oil provide a unique touch to dishes, catering to various culinary preferences. One particular favorite of mine was the chili pepper-infused oil, improving the taste of my poke and tuna bowls. Tasty!!
I enjoy the spicier one! The garlic one is good too! Comes in good packaging I was worried about that but they packaged it very well! The bottles are pretty solid too! I am enjoying them for my cookings. :)

You can taste the truffle. With the other two, the flavor is almost unnoticeable.
It is currently cold across the country, and it was cold in the evening when this was delivered. I was very surprised that the truffle oil was a solid mass inside the bottle. So, I’m unsure how much is oil and how much is other stuff.First off, I am not an olive oil specialist. Nor am I informed on the do’s and don’ts, I just know that olive oil can be used for high heat cooking, so that is my primary purpose for using it. Except for drizzling it on things, like homemade hummus, and dipping breads in it.Two days after they arrived, I started using them, in place of my unflavored olive oil. The truffle ingredients did liquefy by that point The truffle is an acquired taste, but it doesn’t enhance the flavors of things I have cooked. For example, I used it with making stuffing the other night. I added it in with the butter and then sautéed the onions and celery in it. It enhanced and slightly changed the overall flavor of the dish. The family liked it. When tasting the oil by itself, there is almost an artificial taste to it.The next night I used the infused garlic oil. I made a recipe that involved, garlic and honey, and created a sauce to serve over chicken. The garlic flavor is not very strong. By the time I added the other ingredients, it wasn’t noticed. I did end up, adding in the recommended amount of fresh garlic for the dish. The chili pepper flavor is being used in my Mexican dishes. Once again, the flavor is not very strong. Maybe these oils are better for just enhancing dishes that are already cooked, and lightly sprinkled on the top. However, they do cook nicely, without providing an overwhelming presence. I do like the very mild infusion of flavor into sautéed vegetables. I feel they are used more to enhance the flavor of a dish. Each bottle has a silver wrapper at the top, once you remove that, you’ll notice that there is a gold lid that is also sealed. I do feel like this provides quality protection for the oils. The opening inside the jar is rather large, so it’s easy to pour out too much. There is a little insert inside the jar, so you don’t have to worry about the solid ingredients coming out the top. (See photos above). The Best Buy date on my jars is in 2025, so I would have had over a year to use them. But, now that they are opened, the shelf life isn’t quite as long. (I don’t honestly know how long the shelf life is once you open the bottles). I do know that storing olive oil in glass is better than storing it in plastic.

Mostly Delicious oils
We really liked the chili and garlic oil. The garlic one goes great in everything and the chili one I use a lot in Asian food. The truffle one is pretty good but I was disappointed that it wasn't flavored with actual truffles! It says on the bottle that it is artificially flavored so there are zero truffles in it. The chili oil has chili's in it, the garlic oil has slices of garlic in it, but the truffle one has artificial flavor in it??

Surprisingly good taste and quality
I was genuinely surprised at how good these oils were. The garlic and truffle flavor were great and these oils say made in Italy.

A little on the spicy side
This oil is a little on the spicy sideand it's a little bit on the bitter side too.The truffle oil is nicely flavored and the strongest infusion flavor of the bunch. There are no truffle pieces in the bottle and it says "artificially flavored" but I checked the bottles of other brands I usually buy and it says the same thing. This truffle oil has a stronger of a truffle flavor though. It's great for adding to mushroom risotto and I also put some in my home made mushroom and barley soup and it really added to the flavor profile.Next I will try to make truffle and parmesan french fries or frites with it.The garlic oil has a mild taste to it despite there appearing to be a lot of garlic slices in the bottle. I like that this oil is mild and not too garlick-y as I have a bit of a sensitive stomach these days. The red pepper oil also has a mild flavor infusion despite there being a lot of pepper in the bottle, which is great for me as I can't have too much spice. It's perfect for mixing in with the garlic oil for bread dipping and not too hot.

Very tasty
This is great on bread or pasta salad! My favorite is the chili pepper flavor - very smooth with just a little heat. I found the truffle flavor slightly bitter. They all taste fairly different though, so it's a nice variety.

Rich Aromatic Flavor, Generously Filled with Flavorful Spices
Being of Italian decent, olive oil is a staple in my cooking and pretty much used every day. I've tried so many different brands, but my favorites always come from Italy.OLITALIA doesn't disappoint with these flavored oils. I like that this set of three 8.4 ounce bottles offers the more traditional spice flavors of oregano, rosemary, and basil. And Olitalia didn't skimp on the spices. The bottles are filled generously with them. The rosemary was perfect rubbed into chicken breast with skin before roasting. It added just the right amount of flavor to bring my meal up a notch. I've used the basil oil in my tomato sauce, which again was delightful. The oregano one got the toughest taste test. Poured over fresh cut tomatoes and mozzarella, I couldn't stop dipping my bread. If you love olive oil, I think you'll appreciate this variety set as much as I do. All three infused oils have a rich, strong flavor and are highly aromatic. I also believe that this would make a great gift, be it hostess or just a special treat for a friend who loves to add flavor to their food.I posted some photos to give you a closer look and hope that they help you out a bit with your choice. Thank you!
