Needs 2.4 gig wifi to setup
I have the new fiber 5G, internet this item requires 2.4G to setup the switch. I could not switch to 2.4, luckly a neighbor had an open 2.4 gig network, and that worked for me. The information from Amazon did not mention that you need 2.4 to set it up, I almost had to return, and find another switch. It appears to be working well now, but setup was difficult.

Poor wifi reception
This dual switch would be great if not for poor wifi reception and it doesn't stay connected to wifi network. I used this control my yard landscaping lights so it needed to turn on at night and off in morning. Using a Google Home routine, it would turn on less than half the time. And likewise in morning, it would off less than half the time. This dual switch was mounted next to a Treatlife single switch and replaced a prior Treatlife switch. I never had any issues with these Treatlife switches in over the past year that they were mounted in this same location. So it is not a router wifi problem. This switch is the problem. It's too bad that this dual switch has such a poor wifi interface because I really wanted to put a regular outlet next to this dual switch.I also tried a dual Youngzuth smart switch but it also had poor wifi reception, however it was even worse in that it wouldn't ever automatically reconnect once it lost wifi connection until I manually reset it.I ultimately had to remove this dual switch and a dumb outlet so that I could go back to 2 separate Treatlife smart wifi switches which are working flawlessly right now.The labeling on the back of the switch is incorrect and shows lack of attention to detail in the design. The black wire's Line In is labeled the same text as one of the brown Load1 outputs, hence there are two wires labeled as "L/Load1" and one of them is actually the Line In. The other brown wire is correctly labeled "Load2".

Easy to install, works well with app, Alexa integration is switch only, wish it had more settings
I ordered this to replace a dumb motion sensing switch that was failing.PROs:+install was relatively easy+set up in Tuya Smart Life app was straightforward and worked quickly+works reliably (so far)+added to Alexa when I asked Alexa to add new devicesCONs-response is slower than the dumb switch it replaced-switch only triggers light to come when it thinks there is not enough light. This means it doesn't always come on, which would be fine if the sensitivity could be adjusted in the app.-Alexa integration is only for the power switch and does not include the motion detection. That is too bad, as it could be used to trigger routines when motion is detected.(If I have missed a way to accomplish the things addressed in the CONs, please let me know and I will update the review)

Not a bad product
Personally I prefer a switch with a tactile button. However there were limited wifi enabled switches that supported the two circuit / single gang configuration, so I thought I'd try this rather than changing out the gang box. Most of my switches are Lutron Casetta, they are nice, but are expensive and require a hub. By contrast this was a fraction of the cost, and had no trouble whatsoever getting it integrated. Instruction say to use smartlife, but I already use Tuya, with a number of devices and Alexa integration so I added it there. Adding the switch is completely intuitive if you have used it for any other devices before. The app on my phone was still finalizing when I heard one of my Amazon Echo's announce three new devices found. Couple taps in the app and I had them renamed and a couple more in Alexa to convert the switches to light mode. Bottom line if you've touched a smart device before this thing practically installs itself. That said caveat on the wiring. The switch body is pretty bulky. If you have a lot of wires in the box it can get a bit tight. Also like most smart switches you will need a common wire in the box. If you do know look for a couple wires crimped or wire nutted and not connected to anything. They'll usually be pushed to the back of the box, and in the US at least they are usually white. If you don't see this you'll probably need to rewire (or consider the Casetta dimmer switches that can work without a common).Only reason this is not a 5 for me is I really would prefer the feel of a physical switch. That said it's pretty sleek and not cheap feeling, so it's more a matter of taste/preference.

Works exactly as it should.
Works exactly as it should. It does use stranded wires as leads for hot neutral and loads so you need wire ties or crim connectors to attach them which requires space. I was able to obtain the space by using it to replace two three way switches and mounting it in a the upstairs location and used the second gang with a blank to hold the wires and ties. I used the former traveler wires marked with white to deliver proper hot an neutral to the downstairs former 3 way locations, along with a porch light switch and put a USB receptacle and a blank in place of the former downstairs 3 ways. Pictures show the switch, next shows the downstairs setup with USB and different switch and in third, I hold up the old style toggle switch cover I replaced. I can now say Alexa, turn on the hall light or Alexa, turn on the living room light. Since this is an older home{1930} I will alert that most consumers would need an electrician to do this installation safely. It is much easier in 1980 and later homes with neutral wires as with most smart switches.

Works 98% of the time. But light switch locks up every month or so.
The app works great to control my switch. It even notifies me if the switch loses internet connection. Unfortunately this is sometimes due to the switch becoming unresponsive, even through the touch sensors on the device. Cycling power on the breaker feeding the light switch allows it to reboot and restores function. This happens every 4 or 5 weeks.Overall for the price I am super happy with the app and the device. If power goes out at the house for more than 30 minutes or so, the app lets me know that the switch is offline. With the switch connected to wifi and the internet, the app allows you to control the switch from anywhere you have internet access.
