As good as OEM
Fit as well as the real OEM product, far cheaper and had no issues running 8 of these in my Dell T610 for several months now. The screw holes labeled SAS and SATA seem to be wrong but it's not hard to just use the other holes.

Work well
This works well. I ordered 4 and they fit well too. The only issue is with the holes for the screws. Like a previous reviewer mentioned the SAS and SATA holes are marked wrong. Apart from that its a good fit.
