I had no problem cleaning both sides of my lenses!

Q: how large is the cloth?

It is exactly a 6"X6" square with one corner sowen into the corner of the cloth sleeve/cover.

Q: Are there 5 in a pack for $22.78?

I'm guessing it's just one. The one I got had the same link, but different image. One was pictured and I only got one. I love the color, but couldn't find it last year when I bought one for a present. Love mine.

I ordered these about 5 years ago and only 1 came in the pack. I still have & use it. I put it in the wash in a mesh bag and it still is like new.
