These earphones are absolutely brilliant. I suffer really badly with claustrophobia and wearing headphones or in ear earphones triggers my claustrophobia. These earphones do not do that. They sit comfortably over the ear and around without covering the ear or stopping you from hearing your surroundings. They are really secure so I can happily complete tasks and go hiking without fearing I’ll lose them.The sound quality is surprisingly very good and can be adjusted using the soundcore app. I have not dealt with any distortion at higher sound levels either. The app allows you to program each earphone button exactly how you want it plus help you learn all about them. I use them almost all day, every day now.They are also handy if you suffer with noise triggers and anxiety in public. I now use them with low sound levels in public to help me with anxiety as I can still hear everything else around me and conversation but can focus on my music/sounds if I’m becoming anxious.My 60yo mum loved them after trying mine so that she bought a pair of her own within a few days.They’re easy to set up, connect really easily and are so versatile to use in so many settings.Only thing I would wish for is that they were available in other colours.

I was looking for a set of open-ear headphones and initially bought a slightly cheaper product from a different manufacturer; that was a bad idea - terrible connectivity and poor sound. The good things are that 1) Amazon has great returns and 2) I now have a nice frame of reference when considering these soundcore devices.The goodPretty much everything. Nicely packaged, includes charging case, earphones, and usb c charging cable. A very basic Quickstart guide is included; the main manual is available from the Amazon product page.Fit on these units is really good for adults of various sizes and larger children. Really comfortable clip behind ear is effective in keeping earphones positioned and without falling out (even when running)Sound quality is superb given their open-ear nature. Of course full headphones will sound better, as will quality in-ear units - but these are surprisingly good. Plenty of bass, but not overbearing. Options to change the sound parameters via the app.Connectivity is great with my stock android phone. Bluetooth connects easily, range is about 8m (line of sight), slightly less with walls etc in the way. You won't have a problem with your phone being in your pocket when exercising!App is good, with nice options to configure the product (and without stealing all of your personal data)The less goodNot much really. It would be nice if the charging case had visual indication of the charging status; instead you have to check the app. It would be nice if the product was cheaper (obviously), but as-is represents good value for money compared to more expensive options.OverallI'm really pleased with this purchase; I hope they last for the 24 month warranty period!

These were bundles as part of a deal when buying a Soundcore speaker, so I was pleased to find they were decent to use. Sound quality is lost slightly as they don't sit in the ear, instead just outside and focus sound in. This doesn't give the same crisp sound as in ear headphones/ buds so music can somtimes feel flat. Both myself and partner have used these and at no point have we had any problems with stability on the ear. They fit well, are comfortable and are light enough to not be too much of an irritation. Battery life is good as they last for a fair few gym/ running sessions before needing to be recharged.

Usual excellent soundcore build quality and although they are not over ear quality headphones they do sound pretty dam good, they stay securely and comfortably on my ears while cycling and training and are pretty dam good while lying in the garden just chilling listening to music or a audio book, well packaged and arrived earlier than expected

Lovely frequency range and balanced sound. Crisp highs and mids. The bottom end isn't deep and full but having said that it's adequate for enjoying your music.Very comfortable and light. Can't feel them when they are on and you can hear your surroundings well.It's strange to explain but the loss of bass compared with larger over ear headphones is compensated by comfort and awareness of your surroundings.To my delight I can wear them in bed and even lying on my side they are still comfortable! Oddly satisfying.I never want to take them off. The customisable EQ and assignable touch controls are fantastic. Great work by Soundcore.

The media could not be loaded. I am really really angry because only one side is working fine the left side is not working it looks like the speaker is damaged.I will not encourage anyone to buy this open ear headphones I will never tell to buy it.

I tried these as an alternative to over the ear headphones for work use, but there is no external noise reduction, so literally everything around you is picked up on the mic! Good for music, not for audio and video calls!!

Great sound quality. Had them for a few months now paired with iPhone and would not go back to in ear buds again. Super comfortable and rarely have to charge. Excellent
