Q: What are the dimensions / measurements - each?

The magnets are 2 1/2 inches long. 3/8 inches wide. 1/8 inches thick BTW they are quite "snapable" to a size you might want

Q: Are half of the order with North polarity and the other half South polarity so I can use magnets to attach to each other?

Dear friend: the magnets in question like I assume all magnets, have both a north and a south polarity. This polarity may be front to back or end to end. These in particular are back to back polarity. Since they are rare earth type magnets. they are quite strong but quite brittle. I know you will be pleased with your purchase

Q: would these work to keep an oven door shut while baking or is the adhesive not suited for such?

While I think Neodymium magnets will do the trick for you, these are not strong enough. I tried to use them to magnetically hold tools like screwdrivers to the wall behind my workbench and they are not strong enough to hold them. Now, as refrigerator magnets, they work great.

Q: I want to use these to hang broom/mop hangers on a metal cabinet. Are these strong enough?

they are very strong magnets, be careful pulling them apart from each other, they break easy. i used them for cheese cutting board knives. for the price i would try them and see. i would think they would.
