using with a iphone 14 pro max.. magsafe.. with a magsafe compatible case.. works nicely. base is sturdy, magnet strong but not so strong you need 2 hands to pull off phone. I reach around the back of the phone with one finger of the hand I am using and push tip between round base and the phone it breaks the grip to pull off the phone with one hand in a controlled fashion. Having this also work to provide a sturdy and convenient outlet or USB outlet is nice too. I certainly hope this unit remains useful for iPhone 17.

Function over form.* The plug outlets on the back are handy but create an unsightly mess as soon as you plug anything in.* That thick cable behind it just for the sake of having a full on AC outlet on the back is cumbersome and always drags the unit backward.* The magnet isn't that strong and combined with the missed opportunity of having an LED ring around it makes it difficult to mount your phone on it at night.

What a great, solid power supply for my desk. Looks excellent, works perfectly, delivers power to my phone via magsafe, has many ports for other items on my desk, and keeps everything looking clean and discreet.I've checked to see if it gets hot like other power strips sometimes do, but so far (even with a number of items plugged in at the same time) it doesn't get warm at all.Very nice product from Anker!

I didn't like the shape at first, but after having it and using it for a while I realize the shape is very important; it keeps the dock from falling off the desk, and it's very sturdy. It also has some kind of anti-slip rubber on the bottom that is probably the best I've seen for any product. It charges my phone pretty quickly, but I usually leave my phone on it all the time because it's a nice mounting spot too. My phone gets a tiny bit warm, but much less than playing a game on it. The extra ports are a really nice extra but they also make cable routing so much easier.

I love “thunk, ding” sound my iPhone makes when I attach it. I know that sound means it is using MagSafe charging. It hasn’t let me down yet.The device is pretty simple to use with lots of ports to charge things I need it to charge. I have it on my beside table and the little bit of light isn’t even noticeable. I have my iPhone on the dock, and charge my iPad with it overnight. I have a watch charger attached but I usually use a different charger instead of charging overnight.The three AC plugs are available for things like desk lamps or other chargers letting this also function as an extension cord. They are pretty tight together so you couldn’t use too big of a plug, though.The one issue I have is that despite its weight it is a little unstable with my iPhone attached. I fixed that by putting some removable putty on the bottom and sticking it to my nightstand. Now it doesn’t move at all. It would be ideal if Anker was to include removable adhesive strips with the device.

This has really helped to tidy up the cables on my nightstand! And to use one less cable now that I can use my phone's wireless charging
