These things were a lifesaver on the cruise for me. I had motion sickness so back on the cruise until I got introduced to these. It was a 7-day trip and I used 3 and they work great. The only downside is that be careful after you shower don't rub too hard with the towel or they will fall off. Dab it dry and when they dry they stick fully like new
