Product look exactly like pic. Very nice

Manufactured very sloppy, cheap, and incomplete
The product was missing 2 holes for screws. Dimensions were wrong and broke upon building due to screw holes and wood not matching up. About a half an inch off. Materials were cheap and broke. I had to go to the hardware store and buy new ones, which the hardware store had stronger parts (smaller in size but worked). I'm hoping for a refund without return because it took me 3 hrs to build and I don't want to take it apart to send it back.
