Excellent pre in terms of efficacy and value - for under a tenner or just above depending on offer, you get what for me is the sweet spot for amount of caffeine, quick release and nice kick of energy which carries through a long workout, fatigue relief and slight euphoria on a good night of sleep. All this in spite of very low amount of citrulline but can't complain with this price. AN is usually guaranteed good bang for your buck.

This is my favourite pre-workout by far. I go to the gym every morning at 6am and I take this at 5.45. I don't even need to stir it, I put a scoop at the bottom of the glass, then fill with water and it's already dissolved and mixes perfectly. Once taken, within 10 minutes, my ears are buzzing. I've run out of this stuff once and I felt tired without it. Can't go on without it. With regards to the taste - tastes great. So easy to drink. I've tried others, but they all get sickly. The blue raspberry is the best to stomach in the long term.

This pre workout tastes better than 90% of the pre workouts out there and is quite cheap compared to most.

I love this stuff, makes me look forward to getting up early in the morning for my workouts, I also have the same make and flavour creatine as well, this already has 2 grams of creatine so I add more to it to get my full amount, love the taste, I add in my collagen powder to this as well and take my suppliments with it half hour before working out. It perks me right up. Good value for money as well and I love the taste. im proves my energy levels especially on those days when I am not really feeling it.

Gets the job done, but cor, that taste is something else. Properly effective for energy and focus during workouts—feels the business about 20 minutes in. Decent pump too, especially with the citrulline. Mixing's alright, no chalky bits, but I can't get past that artificial chemical taste. A bit like drinking liquidised sweets that've gone wrong. Even with extra water, it's still pretty rough. Worth a shot if you're not fussy about taste and want something that works. Just don't expect to enjoy drinking it. Using it for about a month now—results are good but still wincing with every sip.

I love this stuff. One of the girls at work let me try her hers and I was on a 12 hour shift and I was like a whippet all day! Gave me loads of energy. I'm a naturally tired person so I need something to pick me up at work. it taste like blue ice pop. So I had to buy my own tub . You only need a small amount . Really happy with it

I bought this as it seemed, at the time, the most value for money, pre workout on the market. I only started using it a few weeks after ordering. I have used several other notable brands in the past and through it really shouldn't be much of a surprise now. The taste and texture caught me off guard it is the grainy and tasted more like highly processed industrial flow off. I really cant describe it as it tastes nothing like berries. I have tried it over several weeks but it always causes bloating and then diarrhea. I haven't really felt a massive change in the quality of my workouts apart from the fact that it causes jitters, probably due to the crazy amounts of caffeine, and abit of extra sweat. I wont say that it doesn't work however if you can spare abit more cash go for something from well reputed and higher quality brands.
