Showed error code not even a month in to use
Had this walking pad for a little less than a month before it started showing an E02 error code. Terribly disappointing as I really liked this treadmill before it broke, but obviously they didn't put any quality in to the longevity of their machine. Do not waste your money.Edit 5-4-25Going to up the star rating by one because the Wellfit customer service reached out to me to try and troubleshoot my treadmill error, and when it was unable to be fixed they offered me a full refund. I very much appreciate that they did this for me.Edited 5-8-25Upped the star rating to 5 because of the fantastic customer service. I really appreciated all their help, they were fantastic every step of the way.

Fantastic product and customer service!
This treadmill is very well made and heavier than I expected. It’s not put together with flimsy plastic but instead is very well made and can withstand my weight as well as heavier people. I’m very impressed with both the construction of this treadmill as well as the superior customer service I’ve received from the seller. They are easy to connect with by phone and email and are patient with all my questions. Excellent product and wonderful sellers!

Decent for the price point, good customer service
The treadmill itself is about what you'd expect at this price point—basic, functional, but not without issues. Mine developed a minor display defect within the first two weeks, which was disappointing. That said, the seller's customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, offered a partial refund, and made the process very smooth. I appreciated the way they handled the situation and stood by their product. If you're on a tight budget and want a compact treadmill with no frills, this might suit your needs—as long as you're comfortable with the occasional DIY fix or minor imperfection.Keep the box (I didn't!) in case you want to return it.

Good customer service
Item came damaged but support line was helpful with issuing a partial refund and a video to try to help with one of the issues as well. Remote paired easily with the walking pad.

The machine seems sturdy and well built so far, I have had it for a few weeks. It states there in an incline up to a certain percent, but there is flat, a very small incline or a steeper one. You can only change the incline by picking up the machine and screwing or unscrewing legs of different heights. That's not a big deal as I will just leave it at the highest, but it may be for you. The main two issues are that the belt slips around some which makes you trip up and seems like it could be dangerous especially to people with out a lot of balance or reflex. The second is that the stride is Very short I am 5'4 and it is almost annoying to me. So if you are taller it may be a real issue. But he machine works for rainy day or when I get off too late to go to the park and for about 100.00 it was still worth it despite the issues, and the track issue may just be mine, I am going to contact the seller and update with their response

Customer service + treadmill = fantastic
Customer service should get 10 stars! Before I ever ordered the treadmill I reached out to customer service making sure I could sync the app to Apple health. They reassured me it will sync and showed me the steps. They were very responsive and let me know I could reach out with any issues at any time. The treadmill arrived and I have already spent two hours on it while working at my standup desk. It really is perfect. The app synced perfectly to my phone and i really like how you can control the treadmill from your phone. The step counter was also extremely accurate. So far everything is perfect and there are no complaints!

Pretty Good for the Price
Fit the bill for what I was searching for - walking pad with incline, pairs with app just in case I lose the remote, fairly compact. Seems to work okay so far. Wheels to move from room to room would be nice. There are no instructions about the smart app included with the item so I thought I got the wrong item. Turns out, it does pair with the Wellfit app.
