Good read, convincing arguments in simple language.
The book is pertinent to almost everyone in present time when multi media screen has intruded a lot in our day to day life. The author convincingly analyses its symptoms and suggests practical ways to mitigate it.

I am truly grateful that I read this book
The author Aditi Nerurkar knows in and out of human stress and she offers 15 techniques to overcome/reduce stress and burnout in The Five Resets. I love all the techniques and her approach in this book. I already started with couple of techniques like Rule of 2. The author is full of empathy and yet an expert in the area of human stress. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with stress.I finished this book today and I feel so so grateful to author for creating this masterpiece to help me in these challenging times.
