Only just got the Professional and tried it once and it seems to be very good quality and simple instructions. Plug it in and the timer starts for you and shuts off when your time is up. I'll do it every other day and see what happens. It's very well made and fits very well and comfortable, you'll forget it's there.

J'ai communiqué avec le service à le clientèle via le chat de leur site web et une vraie personne m'a répondue. En un nombre très limité d'échange le problème était soumis et le lendemain iRestore m'a contacté pour me dire qu'on allait m'envoyer un nouveau casque. Le service à la cliente est VRAIMENT exceptionnel, rapide et extrèmement efficace et ils honorent leur garantie.

I have only used this product for a couple of weeks so far but find it comfortable and convenient to use. I set a repeat alarm on my iPhone to remind me to use it every other evening. I did not purchase the battery as I have an outlet by my chair and since I use it in the evening while watching tv I find this convenient enough. It fit well right out of the box so I did not have to use different foam pads to change the fit. It will take a few months to see how effective it will be for me but so far I am happy with my purchase.

I used the time to relax, but I could also easily read or use my phone or computer if I preferred.
