Aether and Matter (Classic Reprint) Paperback – August 24, 2018

The review refers to the Kindle edition only, and not to the content of the book which is classic by any standards.- The Kindle edition begins with Chapter X. Nothing before.- No table of contents.- The formatting is horrible. Formulae are unreadable, the text font size jumps up and down.I wish I knew who produced this abysmal edition. I'd try to find a way to discourage Amazon from selling this kind of scam, it does no good to Amazon's reputation.
